Product Availability

 

At Decor Basket, we are not  an retailer. All products on our website are sourced from the Messho. There may be instances where a product is marked as ‘In Stock’ but the feed hasn’t been updated yet. Real-time updates may not always be possible. If you wish to confirm whether a product is in stock, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 4 pm (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)  Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Window

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the carrier will return the item to us.

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your parcel has not arrived yet, please don't worry. You can track your contactus.rk98@gmail.com

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. Decor Basket is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the checkout process.
